The Community Advisory Council (CAC) is chartered by the Columbia Gorge Health Council (CGHC) Governance Board to advise and make recommendations on the strategic direction of the organization.

The Columbia Gorge Clinical Advisory Panel (CAP) provides clinical direction and leadership for transformation work of the Columbia Gorge Health Council (CGHC) in order to improve the health of members in our community.

The Columbia Gorge Health Council (CGHC) is a tax-exempt, not-for-profit corporation in Oregon and has served since 2012 as the community governance and engagement body for the PacificSource Columbia Gorge Coordinated Care Organization (CCO).
