The Columbia Gorge Clinical Advisory Panel (CAP) provides clinical direction and leadership for transformation work of the Columbia Gorge Health Council (CGHC) in order to improve the health of members in our community. These efforts should strive to align the CGHC priorities and strategies with the four components of the quadruple aim:

  1. Improving the experience of care

  2. Improving the health of our community

  3. Maximizing cost-effectiveness in the care we provide

  4. Supporting care team well-being
